1926.21(b)(2)  The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition(s) and the regulation(s) applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) 1535 Valley Brook Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ: On January 14, 2025, two employees of Joseph M. Sanzari were exposed to a struck by hazard while working near and around a Caterpillar 335F excavator S/N KNE00238. The two employees sustained injuries when they were struck by the excavator bucket while putting a hose into the excavation.
