29 CFR  1910.176(b):  Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:  Warehouse, 140 Padgette Street, Unit D, Chicopee, MA: On and before May 9, 2024, drums and boxes filled with vitamin products were stored up to 20 feet in height, on top of a metal racking system. The drums and boxes were not stacked, blocked, or interlocked to ensure they were stable and secure against sliding and collapse.
