This condition exposed employees to chemical hazards.

Drill Press (Model 155 X 528, Serial H65 2367C17) within the tool room not being guarded.  This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.  b)Form Tight Inc. at 11600 East 51st Avenue, Denver, CO 80239: On or about and at times prior to July 24, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from caught-in hazards due to the Tida lathe (Model 7347/P08P180R052F, Serial 1-18-0171) within the tool room not being guarded.  This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.

This condition exposed employees to egress hazards in the event of an emergency.
