This was observed on or about June 18, 2024, at 9000 US 6., Imperial, Nebraska. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards including, but not limited to;  a.	The Shop Fox drill press was not equipped with a point of operation guard; b.	The JET horizontal bandsaw blade was not fully guarded.

This was observed on or about June 18, 2024, at 9000 US 6., Imperial, Nebraska.  Two acetylene compressed gas cylinders, and four propane gas cylinders were stored less than twenty feet apart from two oxygen gas cylinders.

29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii):  The periodic inspection certification of energy control procedures did not contain the required documentation on identification of the machine or equipment inspection date, employees included, and the person performing the inspection.  The employer is failing ensure that the periodic inspection of the energy control procedures was certified. This was observed on or about June 18, 2024, at 9000 US 6., Imperial, Nebraska. There was no documentation provided by the employer that showed the person performing the periodic inspection and the employees included in the inspection within the past year.
