1910.145(c)(3):  Safety instruction signs. Safety instruction signs were not used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures.  On or about August 20, 2024, the employer did not ensure that safety signs and instructions regarding the use of gloves were provided to employees utilizing the hand-held pneumatic tapper at the tapping operation station resulting in exposure to an amputation hazard.
