OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards: On or about October 18, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the batching dry storage area; employee(s) utilized a warehouse racking system to store and remove palletized product while operating powered industrial trucks with the following instances of damage: a) damage to approximately twenty (20) vertical posts; b) approximately three (3) areas where the vertical posts were not bolted to the floor; and c) one (1) area where the horizontal beam was not connected.
