29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On November 27, 2024, it was documented that the employer failed to report a workplace hospitalization that occurred at 749 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 6850; in which on September 13, 2024, and employee fell off a flatbed trailer and was subsequently hospitalized for treatment. The employer failed to notify OSHA of the hospitalization within the required 24 hours.
