29 CFR  1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested:   a) Harvest/Cultivation: An employee was required to wear an elastomeric half-mask dual cartridge respirator and had not completed an annual fit test. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were annually   fit tested prior to wearing tight-fitting respirators, on or about 12/16/24.

29 CFR  1910.134(k)(6):The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:  a) Harvest/Cultivation: Employees were allowed to voluntarily wear filtering facepiece respirators, and were not provided Appendix D information. The employer did not provide affected employees with Appendix D information prior to voluntarily wearing respiratory protection, on or about 12/16/24.
