29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where the employer provided employees with an emergency eyewash station, the eyewash station was not maintained in a sanitary condition.  a) On or about December 23rd, 2024 the employer Lima Tank Wash, Inc., located at 1590 Findlay Rd Lima, Ohio 45801 failed to ensure that all eye wash stations located in the work bays where tank cleaning operations are conducted were covered or protected from contamination and/or obstruction hindering their accessibility for immediate safe usage.
