29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  (a)	On or about January 8, 2025, employees doing roof work a new build two stories single family house without the use of personal fall arrest system, guardrail system, or safety net.  JUAN MORENO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.501(B)(13) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1587055 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 3 THAT WAS ISSUED ON APRIL 20, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2311WILLOW WOOD RL, TERRELL, TX, 75160. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS MAY 17, 2022.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  On or about January 8, 2025, employees using extension ladders that did not extend 3-feet above the landing.   (a)	Werner 24-feet extension ladder, at the side of the house. (b)	Werner 24-feet extension ladder, at the back of the house.  JUAN MORENO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.1053(B)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1587055 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 4 THAT WAS ISSUED ON APRIL 20, 2022, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2311WILLOW WOOD RL, TERRELL, TX, 75160.
