29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section.  a) In the Buns Department at the company located at 301 South Madison Street, Thomasville, GA: On or about February 8, 2025, the employer exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards in that, the employer did not enforce the use of lockout tagout procedures for employees clearing dough jams in the KRD Machine.  The Flowers Foods, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1756598, citation number 1  item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4300 South 26th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
