29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) 2801 Creek Road, Hainesport, NJ: Employees engaged in roof truss installation and other related activities were exposed to fall hazards, roughly 20 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working on trusses while they were being installed on a multifamily structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 03/25/2025.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii)  a) 2801 Creek Road, Hainesport, NJ: Employees were not utilizing fall protection and were exposed to fall hazards up to 20 feet to ground surface below when performing framing installation and other related activities at the worksite. The workers on site had not received fall protection training as specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii). Condition noted on or about 03/25/2025.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
