29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access: Worksite located at 1912 Longview Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the roof structure was not extended at least three feet above the upper landing surface. The Best Framing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723392, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16118 Giorga St., Parkville, Missouri 64152.

The Best Framing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723392, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16118 Giorga St., Parkville, Missouri 64152.
