29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   Worksite located at 13600 NE 114th Place, Kearney, Missouri- Employees were working on a residential construction site and were exposed to fall hazards and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.   Best Framing  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1723392, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 16118 Giorgia St., Parkville, Missouri.
