29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  On the roof of a new residential home, located at 145 Griffith Ln, Lot 139, Statesboro, GA, on or about May 7, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 10 feet allowing their employees to work on the roof without the use of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a):  Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a)  On the front of a residential home, located at 145 Griffith Ln, Lot 139, Statesboro, GA, on or about May 7, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet, in a ladder was not provided for employees to access the roof to perform roofing work activities.
