OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing and amputation hazards while operating the press brake:   a) "Big Green Chicago Bender", Press Brake, Panel Department, 607 Route 13, Cortland, NY 13045,  on or about 4/28/2025; The foot pedal on the Chicago Mechanical Press Brake was not guarded against accidental activation from falling objects or someone accidentally stepping on it.
