29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On the roof of a residential condominium, located at 6260 Sun Blvd., Saint Pete, Florida 33715: On or about 6/23/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing activities.  Florida Southern Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (20CFR1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1620390, citation number 2, item number 1,  and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/22, with respect to a workplace located at 7210 Lake Vista Court, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34202.
