29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i): The employer did not select and have each affected employee use, the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee(s) from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment:   a) For the extrusion processes at the facility, on or about 08/06/2025, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards, in that, personal protective equipment to protect employees' torso, arms, legs and face was not selected from the employer's hazard assessment for employees to wear while operating extruders and working around hot and molten plastic.
