29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a) 6356 Chapmans Road, Allentown, PA, shop: On or about November 25, 2025, the Polamco Tur 50 Lathe chuck is not guarded to prevent accidental contact at the point of operation, exposing the operator/employee to an entanglement hazard.

29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(iv)(e):Employee(s) were using milling machines without point of operation guarding in place:  a)  6356 Chapmans Road, Allentown, PA, shop: On or about November 25, 2025, employees utilizing  Bridgeport Series I Milling Machine, that is not guarded to protect employees from rotating parts, point of operation or flying debris.  b)  6356 Chapmans Road, Allentown, PA, shop: On or about November 25, 2025, employees utilizing Cleereman Milling Machine, that is not guarded to protect employees from rotating parts, point of operation or flying debris.  c)  6356 Chapmans Road, Allentown, PA, shop: On or about November 25, 2025, employees utilizing Bridgeport Milling Machine, with American Machine Tool Repair & Rebuilding Co Inc. sticker on it, that is not guarded to protect employees from rotating parts, point of operation or flying debris.
