29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage.  On or about December 8th, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel was clear. The circuit breaker panel had a mobile filing cabinet and a food storage rack obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s)  In the following location(s):  a. Warehouse - Mobile filing cabinet b. Bakery/deli - Wire shelving unit for food storage  Notice 1, Item 10, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to ensure a clearance of at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on  October 8, 2024, Inspection 1780247, November 29, 2024 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
