29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At a worksite located at 5800 Gardner Ave, Kansas City, Missouri: The employer failed to protect employees from the physical and/or health hazards associated with use of various chemicals at the facility. This was most recently documented on or about February 18, 2026, and at times prior to when employees working with various chemicals associated with operations function including maintenance where not provided with safety data sheet(s) (SDS). The employer was unable to produced safety data sheet(s) to OSHA upon request during an onsite visit, neither the employer or employees knew where they were located.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment. At a worksite located at 5800 Gardner Ave, Kansas City, Missouri: The employer failed to protect employees from the hazards associated with electrical shock at the facility. This was most recently documented on or about February 18, 2026, and at times prior to when employees working in the office area of the facility with unused opening in boxes. Employees were working and interacting with the boxes that had unused openings with electrical power. a) A receptacle outlet box located near a side table in the office had two unused openings. The box was supplying power to charge sampling instruments and other items. b) A unused opening was found on the open electrical panel box in the office. The box was powering the entire office.

29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii):The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1-8 inch (.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: At a worksite located at 5800 Gardner Ave, Kansas City, Missouri: The employer failed to protect employees from the hazards of fire and explosion associated with grain dust, this was most recently documented on or about February 18, 2026, and at times prior to when employees working throughout the grain facility were exposed to accumulations of fugitive grain dust exceeding 1/8 inch in high priority areas located throughout the workhouse floor. Hansen-Mueller was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.272(j)(2)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1803684, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on (August 13, 2025), with respect to a workplace located at 1031 North Topping Avenue Kansas City, Missouri.

29 CFR 1910.272(m)(2):The employer did not promptly correct dust collection systems in the grain handling facility which were malfunctioning or operating below designed efficiency: At a worksite located at 5800 Gardner Ave, Kansas City, Missouri: The employer failed to protect employees from the hazards of fire and explosion associated with grain dust, this was most recently documented on or about February 18, 2026, and at times prior to when employees working throughout the grain facility where the employer allowed the dust collection system to have numerous mechanical and pneumatic failures resulting in operating below designed effectiveness and functioning below operational conditions. The employer did not promptly correct any dust collection deficiencies when discovered, and duct tape was used throughout the facility in efforts to control fugitive grain dust. Hansen-Mueller was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1910.272(m)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1803684, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on (August 13, 2025), with respect to a workplace located at 1031 North Topping Avenue Kansas City, Missouri.
