29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): All respirators shall be stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals, and they shall be packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve. American Seafoods F/T American Triumph, Baader Shop : On or about February 24, 2026, and at times prior thereto, a Honeywell North Full-Face respirator was not properly stored and cleaned when not in use. This condition exposed the employee using the respirator to health hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: American Seafoods F/T American Triumph, Factory Workshop: On or about February 24, 2026, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in vessel maintenance were exposed to chemical hazards in unidentified secondary containers. This condition exposed employee(s) to health hazards.
