29 CFR  1960.8(a): The head of each agency shall furnish to each employee employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm.  On or about March 9, 2026, and at times prior, employees were potentially exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while working around Rotary, Model GL9PYGRG-XP auto lift, in that the lift was not periodically inspected by qualified inspectors at least annually to ensure that they were properly maintained and functional.
