29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Throughout facility: On and prior to April 3rd, 2026, employee(s) used corrosive chemicals such as ECOLAB's Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner, Stain Blaster Enzyme Boost, Stain Blaster Grease Remover, Stain Blaster Multi-purpose,73 Disinfecting Acid Bathroom Cleaner, Stain Blaster Destainer, and Stain Blaster Rust Remover. An emergency eyewash station, providing 15 minutes of flush time, was not provided. Notice 1 #, Item 2 #, 29 CFR 1910.151(c): The employer failed to ensure employees were not exposed to injurious corrosive materials and suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard 1910.151(c) on March 1, 2024, Inspection # 1724589, date March 28, 2024 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
