No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points:  a) On April 28, 2026, an extension cord used to power Harbor Freight HERCULES FORCE Hex Breaker Hammer was pinched by the metal garage door after being run through the garage door opening.    No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
