An employee was removing lengths of cable from the arm of a boom lift. He began to climb the boom lift before attempting to climb back down. The employee lost his footing and fell approximately 7 feet to the ground, resulting in a fractured tibia and fibula that required surgery.

The injured employee was guiding the hoist rope of a tower crane. He instructed the crane operator to hoist up to relieve weight on the rope so it could be manipulated. As the crane began hoisting up on the hoist line, another employee notified the injured employee that his foot was in a pinch point. The injured employee then notified the crane operator to move the trolley out. When this occurred, there was tension on the hook block causing the trolley to move in rather than out. The trolley went over the injured employee's right leg, fracturing the tibia and fibula.

He went outside and tried to pull the door the rest of the way down. His right ring finger was caught and pinched in a seam between door panels as the door came down. An employee was lifting the arm of a tire machine to remove a tire. The arm had become stuck between the rim and the tire. When the arm released, it struck the employee in the face due to the existing hydraulic pressure.

On November 19, 2022, an employee was investigating a leaking boiler. He drained the boiler, allowed it to cool off, and then used a wet/dry vacuum to remove the rest of the water. Seeing that the source of the leak was a plug in the boiler, he began to remove the plug. Remaining steam pressure caused the plug to come out; the steam then burned his right arm, chest, and neck and the back of his left hand.
