Final narrative
On or about Feb 17, 2015, the injured employee was found by another employee at the bottom of the stairway at a client's facility located at Kasco, LLC (1569 Tower Grove Ave., St Louis, MO). It appears from where the employee was found, that he had attempted to carry five cases of soda up a stairway with a two-wheeled dolly and lost the load. The stairway that was involved in the accident has approximately 16 steps and does not have a landing.
