An employee slipped and fell down a flight of stairs while exiting a building. Weather conditions were a contributing factor.
On May 23, 2024, an employee was strapping freight inside of a trailer when he fell out of the trailer. The employee sustained head trauma and injuries to his left big toe and right elbow.
