A material handler employee's foot was run over by a large aluminum air craft container.
An employee was loading a drop-frame trailer which has static rollers down the center that are positioned up against a metal platform at the end of the trailer. The employee stepped on the rollers and due to a missing roller, her leg went through a gap. Her left knee/leg was lacerated by the metal bars holding the rollers in place, resulting in hospitalization.
An employee stepped into the nose of a drop-frame trailer to cross to the other side. The open rollers caused him to lose his footing and fall. He suffered abdominal injury.
