An employee was loading trash into the back of the garbage truck when he was struck by a drunk driver.
After three metal pallets fell off a trailer, an employee came down from the trailer. The trailer then moved, and the tire of the trailer struck a metal pallet. The employee's left leg was caught between the pallet and a retaining wall resulting in a degloving injury to the calf.
On June 9, 2015, an employee was running on the side of a waste collection truck as the truck backed down a dead-end street.
