Final narrative
After three metal pallets fell off a trailer, an employee came down from the trailer. The trailer then moved, and the tire of the trailer struck a metal pallet. The employee's left leg was caught between the pallet and a retaining wall resulting in a degloving injury to the calf.
An employee was loading a steel plate onto a fabrication table using an overhead hoist when their left little finger was caught between the plate and the table, resulting in crush injuries that required a surgical amputation of the finger.
While picking up a mold plate with an overhead crane, an employee's left thumb was crushed between a lifting shackle and a mold plate, resulting in a broken thumb and laceration.
