An employee was unloading a truck with trusses. He was unbanning the metal band on the side of the truck when the band broke and caused a bundle of trusses to fall on the employee.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
