Another employee picked up a piece of newly removed roofing debris and proceeded to dispose of it into same roll-off dumpster, hitting the injured employee on his right hand. He suffered injuries to his right wrist/forearm and the right side of his body.
An employee was reroofing a flat roof of a single story dwelling. The employee went to get a chalk line from the ground. He then climbed back up the ladder and knelt down on the edge of the roof to snap the chalk line.
