An employee fell approximately 15-18 feet off of a rail car during the loading process. Fall protection was worn, but was disconnected at the time of the accident. The employee fractured three vertebrae in his back and suffered a head laceration that required staples.

The employee stayed inside the scissor lift basket as he fell to the floor. The employee sustained fractures to the right arm and hip.
