An employee was moving cereal boxes on shelves while on a step stool. The employee mis-stepped while descending the step stool and fell to the floor. The employee sustained a fractured left hip and injury to the left wrist and left leg.

The worker was performing a demonstration event. She walked over to the produce section to get grapes for her demonstration. She was in front of the grapes, reached for an item, turned to go back to her demo cart and fell onto her right side, fracturing her right hip.

An employee was walking through the store to hand out food samples and had turned around to talk to a coworker. When she turned back around to continue on her way, she ran into a pole. She fell down and struck the back of her head, requiring hospitalization for concussion symptoms.

An employee was transporting roofing material to a work area when they tripped at the parapet wall. The employee fell 16 feet off the roof to the ground below, resulting in fractures to the wrist and pelvis as well as a laceration above the eye. The employee was hospitalized.

On July 29, 2025, an employee was removing a bolt from a metal racking beam. The beam fell, and the employee's hand was crushed between the beam and a pallet of bricks. Two of the employee's fingers were amputated.

An employee was on top of a billboard display on the lower catwalk. The employee loosened the straps that secured the vinyl leading to a pair of butler sections in the front part of the billboard. This action caused four butler sections to slip, and one of them struck the employee. The employee fell off the catwalk, however, the fall was properly arrested. The employee sustained a broken right arm and a laceration to the back of the head.
