As she approached the exit gate, she tripped/stumbled and fell onto a nearby fence and the ground. The employee sustained fractures to collarbones or rotator cuffs on each side of her shoulder(s).

Employees were moving an empty filing cabinet down stairs. It slipped and fell down the stairs onto an employee, who suffered a broken back and a dislocated ankle.
