An employee was bleeding air out of an oil line on a binder machine when the machine engaged. The machine caught the employee's right arm and pulled it in. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured right radius.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
