An employee was repositioning a rare-earth magnet from a parts table for a kettle when their right thumb was caught between two rare-earth magnets. The employee's thumb tip was partially amputated.

An employee was attempting to move the cooling drum away from the blancher when their foot slipped causing their right thumb to get caught between the blancher drum and pasta chute while the drum was rotating counter clockwise. The employee sustained the amputation of the right thumb above the first knuckle and was hospitalized.

As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was moving a scissor lift through a doorway. The employee was pinned between the scissor lift and the doorframe, sustained a back injury, and was hospitalized.
