An employee was using a stand-on, 36-inch Stander Lawn Mower Machine. As he was operating the machine, he dismounted it and the machine ran over one of his feet. Several of his toes were amputated. The employee was wearing steel-toed shoes at the time.
An employee was using a dozer to clear a plot of land. The dozer struck the ground after getting stuck on a tree stump, causing the employee to hit their head on the cab roof. The employee sustained a spinal compression injury.
