Final narrative
An employee sawing a femur bone sawed into his/her right index finger, lacerating tendons and requiring hospitalization. No hand guard was worn at the time of the incident.
An employee was walking through a parking lot when they lost their balance and fell to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a broken left arm.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
