Final narrative
An employee was working next to a conveyor belt. His hand was caught in the rotating roller which pulled his arm through up to his elbow. He was hospitalized for damage to his tendons as well as abrasions.
In the back of the warehouse, two temporary employees were unloading a truck that was full of bags. The bags tipped over and fell onto one of the employees and fractured his legs. The employee required surgery.
