The employee was part of a scaffold construction crew. During the course of the work day, the employee had been passing materials to higher scaffold levels from the ground level through the use of ropes and pulleys. Immediately prior to the incident, the employee had been conversing with another crew member while in the process of looking for an electrical cord.
