An employee was repairing the head stretcher on P2. The employee had electrical LOTO and one air hose removed. While connecting the second air hose, the shaft moved and amputated his left pinky finger down to the knuckle closest to the hand.
On August 20, 2025, an employee was adjusting the pneumatic saw stop on a saw in order to cut a piece of aluminum lineal to length. When she flipped the switch to secure the saw stop, her right middle fingertip was caught between the saw stop and the run-off backstop.
