An employee was using a saw to cut the window meeting rail when the saw guard activated and came down on the employee's right thumb, trapping it between the guard and the work table. A coworker came over and tried to help him unpin his thumb. When his coworker grabbed the saw, the sawblade activated and amputated the tip of the employee's trapped right thumb.
On August 20, 2025, an employee was adjusting the pneumatic saw stop on a saw in order to cut a piece of aluminum lineal to length. When she flipped the switch to secure the saw stop, her right middle fingertip was caught between the saw stop and the run-off backstop.
