On November 29, 2023, an employee completed a less-than-truckload (LTL) delivery at a customer site and was returning to the delivery truck. They lifted the roll-up door of the loading dock and ducked as they went under the door. The door then fell and struck the employee's shoulder causing them to fall into the dock pit area. The employee struck their head/face on the edge of the dock ramp as they fell. They were hospitalized with a concussion and a fractured ankle.
