An employee was working on a cantilever automatic roller gate. The roller and chain at the bottom of the gate caught the employee's right hand, causing amputations to the ring and little fingers.
On November 29, 2023, an employee completed a less-than-truckload (LTL) delivery at a customer site and was returning to the delivery truck.
