Final narrative
A temporary employee was cleaning out hoses using a gas powered pressure washer with a wand attachment inserted into the hose. As the employee pulled the trigger to begin washing, the force of the water caused the hose to pull back from the wand which allowed the pressurized water to strike his left thumb and index finger causing laceration/injection wounds.
An employee was holding a piece of lumber to cut it with a power saw when the saw kicked back and amputated the right pinky fingertip at the first knuckle.
