An employee was cleaning glue rails on a packaging machine. Another worker was troubleshooting the packaging machine where suction cups grab the paperboard boxes. This worker jogged the machine to see if the suction cups were grabbing the paperboard sheets and the employee who was cleaning glue off of the rails suffered an arm injury requiring surgery.
