An employee was performing ground tests on an aircraft engine to check for leaks on an exhaust fan. He noticed oil on the alternator surface. He wiped off the oil with a shop rag and his finger contacted the exhaust fan. He sustained a laceration/avulsion to the right index finger leading to partial amputation and surgery.

An employee finished an overhaul of nose landing gear attached to a stand in the landing gear shop. As the employee was preparing to store the landing gear and stand, the landing gear swung downward catching his left index finger in a pinch-point, resulting in a partial amputation.

An employee was walking into a facility. A strong gust of wind caused her to slip on ice on the ground and she fell, suffering a broken hip and arm.

An employee was going to the breakroom when they tripped over a chair and fell, resulting in a hip fracture.

An employee arrived at work and was walking into the store through the parking lot. The employee tripped over a curb and fell to the ground, sustaining a femur fracture.

An employee tripped over a box and fell to the floor, fracturing their right arm.

An employee tripped over a piece of angle iron and fell to the floor sustaining a broken hip.

An employee was preparing for a CT scan when she tripped over a loose strap and fell to the floor, fracturing her hip.

Two employees fell from an access bridge while entering an aircraft to perform maintenance. They landed on the ground about 20 feet below, where one of them lost consciousness. One employee sustained a fractured knee and another employee sustained a back strain/sprain. Both employees were hospitalized.

An employee experienced sharp pain in his lower torso area while loading baggage into the front cargo pit of an aircraft. The employee sustained a hernia.

The injured employee was assisting in the disassembly phase after a radar array had been lowered and secured. The crew began removing load bearing pins from an overhead crane to free the radome. A load bearing pin was stuck. The injured employee went to remove the pin manually as a second team member applied pressure from the opposite side. The pin unexpectedly released and struck the injured employee s right thumb, resulting in partial amputation of the distal phalanx including an open distal phalanx fracture and nail bed laceration.

On September 11, 2025, an employee was lowering a railing system on an aircraft fueling cart when his gloved right ring finger was caught in the folding railing system, resulting in a fingertip amputation that required hospitalization and surgical reattachment.

An employee was working at ground level when an aviation engine cylinder weighing 30 pounds fell from a seven-foot high shelf and struck the employee on the head. The employee suffered a fractured skull and was hospitalized.

An employee was stacking concrete blocks for a concrete bunker. As a block was swinging into place, the employee's left leg was pinched between two blocks, resulting in injuries to his left heel and lower leg.

An employee was climbing a ladder to inspect a vent in a restaurant dining area. The ladder slid out on the floor and the employee fell approximately 12 feet onto the ladder and the floor. He was hospitalized with a dislocated shoulder and a back injury.

An employee was rappelling down a tree. When he was most of the way down, he fell on the ground and suffered a broken pelvis.

An employee was filtering a fryer with a fryer filter machine. After going around the corner and then returning to the fryers, the employee stepped into the filter machine. The hot oil burned the employee's right ankle, and the employee was hospitalized.

An employee was cleaning out corn from a grain bin. The sweep auger in the bin was activated and caught his trouser leg. His leg was pulled into the auger, which injured his calf and caused leg fractures and lacerations.
