Final narrative
An employee was placing a ladder against the main building to tie it off. As he climbed the ladder, he reached out with his right hand and grabbed the energized metal gutter on a drive-under canopy next to the main building and was shocked. This caused him to fall off the ladder, dislocating/breaking his right shoulder, and cracking his right shoulder blade and vertebrae. He was hospitalized.

On June 11, 2019, an employee was attempting to reach the edge of a metal roof when he slipped and fell approximately 15 feet to the ground. He sustained a fracture to his right wrist, multiple facial fractures (including his mandible), and a concussion. He was hospitalized. The employee's lanyard was unhooked at the time of the incident.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
